Letter from Lee H. McCoy to Theodore Roosevelt
Lee H. McCoy asks Theodore Roosevelt to read the enclosed letter, which is a copy of one which he has sent to a number of observatories. McCoy believes that he has been able to read the constellations, has “practically uncovered the whole backbone of the starry system,” and has “the secrets of ancient Egypt coming to [him] now as simplicity itself.” He does not ask for money or assistance, but hopes to interest Roosevelt in the topic.
