Letter from Alfred L. M. Gottschalk to Theodore Roosevelt

Alfred L. M. Gottschalk sends Theodore Roosevelt a sheet of his Dresden report for correction. He feels bad about the “Dresden matter” and does not want to misrepresent or involve Roosevelt against his wishes, and explains his reasoning for what he is written in his report including his representation of Roosevelt. He asks that Roosevelt mail back the revised sheet when he can.
