Letter from Lowell M. Gates to Theodore Roosevelt
Lowell M. Gates feel that the entire nation is watching New York because of the recent events which saw both parties voting for corrupt or discredited politicians. Gates wishes that the honorable people of both parties could work together to elect honest men, both at the state and federal level.
