Letter from Ferdinand Eidman to Theodore Roosevelt
Ferdinand Eidman met with F. Norton Goddard and U.S. Marshal William Henkel to discuss a vacancy in his office. Eidman assured Goddard that the first vacancy would be filled with Goddard’s recommendation. Henkel has recommended James J. Kennedy to Attorney General Knox for appointment to a position in Henkel’s office.
