Letter from Ben Daniels to Theodore Roosevelt
Ben Daniels invites Theodore Roosevelt to visit Tucson, Arizona. He hopes Roosevelt will accept and prove that while he may be unpopular with the state politicians, he is popular enough with Roosevelt that his invitation was accepted, whereas theirs were ignored. Daniels’s wife, Annie E. Daniels wrote the letter as he dictated.
