Cosgrave has been in contact with Roosevelt’s collaborators Edward B. Clark and Edward William Nelson, and Clark has been in contact with George Shiras regarding their contributions to the issue.

He would like President Roosevelt to know that the writer Owen Wister will be covering the overspending scandal in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Cosgrave hopes Wister can adequately cover the topic.
