Sidney J. Burgoyne’s wife, Elizabeth O. Burgoyne, still remembers Theodore Roosevelt’s compliments while at the White House in 1908. While Roosevelt was in Africa, the Burgoynes sent him a card with a family portrait. Last week, the Burgoynes welcomed another son.
