During the nation’s grief, Henry W. Bull is glad that President Roosevelt is responsible for the country’s well-being and prosperity. He would like to congratulate Roosevelt in person on his succession to the presidency when he is in Washington, D.C. Roosevelt’s friends are concerned for his safety and Bull hopes that adequate precautions are being taken.
