Richard Arthur sends an article he has written which has appeared in a number of Australian papers to President Roosevelt. He believes Roosevelt’s messages to Australians will stimulate efforts to increase the population. Arthur asks if Roosevelt can write a letter addressing him in his capacity as president of the Immigration League of Australia, commending their goals and wishing them success.
