On behalf of Tomas Vournakes, Ray M. Wiley asks Theodore Roosevelt to send any receipts and documents he has relating to a lawsuit between Vournakes and another Greek man. Wiley notes that Vournakes’s lawyers have acted poorly and taken money from him.
