Gifford Pinchot’s uncle, William Phelps Eno, is attempting to extend his system of traffic regulation to foreign cities. Pinchot requests a letter from Theodore Roosevelt that could help advance Eno’s work. Letters have already been received from F. V. Greene, Alexander Piper, and Louis Dembitz Brandeis.
