This intends to rectify the lack of agreed upon legislation produced by the governor-appointed Minnesota Employees’ Compensation Committee.

Chief Naval Yeoman Leo A. Ketterer informs Theodore Roosevelt of an effort in Minnesota to pass a bill making it unlawful to discriminate against people for wearing naval or military uniforms.
