Comptroller Dawes tells Vice President Roosevelt that his wife, Caro D. Dawes, is moving their household back to Illinois and will not be able to accompany him to New York. Dawes hopes to meet with Roosevelt, however. Dawes provides the address of Albert Baird Cummins.
