Thomas R. Gabel has received a telegram from Colonel Leigh R. Gignilliat, head of the Culver Military Academy, asking him to ask Theodore Roosevelt if he would be willing to address the cadets there on April 17. Gabel asks Roosevelt about the matter, and says that while he will respond to Gignilliat by wire, it would be appreciated if Roosevelt might be able to write to Gignilliat himself if he is able to attend.
