Letter from William Bailey Howland to William Loeb
Following the election, The Outlook will be sending out an engraved announcement of President Roosevelt’s joining the editorial staff at The Outlook. This will also be formally announced in next week’s Outlook. William Bailey Howland asks William Loeb if President Roosevelt would like the announcement cards to be sent to any of his personal friends who may not otherwise see them.
