Letter from Secretary of Theodore Roosevelt to George Sylvester Viereck
Theodore Roosevelt’s secretary responds to an inquiry from George Sylvester Viereck, stating that he asked Roosevelt the time of day of his birth. Roosevelt responded that, like Mark Twain, at the time he was not very much interested in the things around him and therefore he did not know.
