Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to Charles Phelps Taft
President Roosevelt was pleased with the news in Charles Phelps Taft’s letter. He now believes they will win all of the states that they won in 1904, except perhaps Missouri and Nevada. They may win Maryland and Tennessee. Roosevelt is attending William H. Taft’s church with him on Sunday.
