Roosevelt, Theodore, 1858-1919
Theodore Roosevelt appreciates Richard Campbell’s letter and will see Judge Sherman Moreland as soon as possible. He wants to go over the situation with Campbell. Roosevelt does not think the Republicans intend to nominate them and hopes the candidate “will be the antithesis” of President Woodrow Wilson.
