Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to Wm. T. Black
Theodore Roosevelt mentions that he does not have a photograph of Wm. T. Black’s father, but was obliged to send this note to express his fondness for Black’s father and also commend Black for his position as Cashier of Customs in New York.
