Letter from Robert H. Bruce to Theodore Roosevelt

Bruce joined the Republican party because its views are in accord with his. He has “learned to let the wine cup severely alone.” As a result, he feels better and has not given up on realizing his opportunities. Bruce hopes to see Roosevelt during his upcoming trip back East.
