Albert Loren Cheney warns William Loeb that Maurice E. Townsend has been making trouble and is threatening Francis C. Travers. Cheney believes Townsend is crazy and suggests that the Secret Service watch him as Townsend wants to get near President Roosevelt and run the country himself.
