A restraining order between the plaintiff Hitchman Coal and Coke Company and the defendants John Mitchell and other representatives of the United Mine Workers of America gives the details of the allegations that the defendants are planning a union and violating their contract. The parameters of the order are outlined by District Court Judge Alston G. Dayton, and an injunction in the suit is set to be heard on January 14, 1908.
