Theodore Roosevelt introduces Minister to China William J. Calhoun to Charles P. Stewart, who is visiting China on behalf of the United Press and the Newspaper Enterprise Association. Stewart wants to meet with Wu Tingfang, the former Chinese Minister. Roosevelt asks Calhoun to help Stewart.
