Theodore Roosevelt’s secretary thanks John B. Collins for his “kind remembrance” of Roosevelt’s appearance at the Stock Growers Convention in Miles City, Montana. Roosevelt was very pleased with the reception he received in Miles City from both citizens and cowboys.
