President Roosevelt asks Secretary of the Treasury Cortelyou why the Internal Revenue Bureau has delayed the implementation of the Department of Justice’s decision on whiskey labels. A handwritten note from Roosevelt says that he feels the Internal Revenue Bureau needs to put the the decision into effect immediately.
