Letter from Henry C. Stuart to Theodore Roosevelt
Henry C. Stuart has recently sent out pamphlets on finance to several recipients, including Theodore Roosevelt, but recently heard back from one that they had not received it. While he recognizes Roosevelt’s busy schedule and has never received a reply before, he asks now for confirmation that Roosevelt received the pamphlet. Stuart criticizes a political move Roosevelt made trying to “palm [Senator Henry Cabot] Lodge off as an Insurgent” Republican.
