Letter from Clarence L. Stonaker to Theodore Roosevelt
President Roosevelt’s recommendation for Edward G. Collier’s parole has been given to the warden for consideration. Collier is a former Rough Rider who was arrested for burglary with a career criminal in New Mexico and Colorado. He escaped from custody and was re-apprehended in Los Angeles.
