L. Paschal Martyn believes that he can help President Roosevelt carry Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and probably Georgia in the coming election despite negative feelings towards Roosevelt in the South “on account of negro problem.” He suggests that C. M. Barnett of Kentucky can recommend him.
