Benjamin Clarke Marsh informs Theodore Roosevelt that Eva Ingersoll Brown has requested to send an enclosed statement of the conditions of children in New York City, prepared for the Child Welfare Committee. The statement will be printed and circulated at Carnegie Hall but Brown is offering Roosevelt a look at it before the meeting.
