Report on land fraud case
President Theodore Roosevelt's administration responds to charges relating to the investigation of several land fraud cases conducted by the Department of the Interior. The report denies the claims made against the Department and presents a brief update on the history and prosecution of the cases in question, wherein a large number of parties attempted to defraud the government of public lands in Oregon and California.
