Letter from Francis B. Loomis to William Loeb
Assistant Secretary of State Loomis sends William Loeb a copy of a newspaper article about the Russian attitude towards assistance for the Jews in the Kischinef region to be forwarded to President Roosevelt. Loomis also writes that he sent, as requested, telegrams to the two Oregon Senators on the Argentine Mission.
