Letter from Philander C. Knox to Theodore Roosevelt
Attorney General Knox has agreed to meet with Secretary Shaw to discuss his speech. Knox believes that some aspects of the speech are handled too lightly and suggests that President Roosevelt read the speech with this in mind.
