Letter from Gonazalo de Quesada to John Hay
Gonzalo de Quesada, Special Commissioner of Cuba to the United States, raises the issue of Consul General Edward S. Bragg's behavior which has offended the Cuban people and threatens the harmony between their two countries. He is sure that President Roosevelt will not allow this behavior to continue and awaits Secretary of State Hay's reply.
