Commissioner Roosevelt writes his sister Anna Roosevelt thanking her for her recent visit. Anna was very helpful to Edith Kermit Carow Roosevelt with new baby Kermit Roosevelt. Roosevelt is looking to sell a pair of his horses since his new position as Civil Service Commissioner has caused a reduction in his income.
