Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to Flavel S. Luther
Theodore Roosevelt used one of Flavel Luther's letters in his book on World War I. Like Luther, Roosevelt has never been able to make an impression on pacifists. Roosevelt believes that Woodrow Wilson and William Jennings Bryan subordinate public consideration to personal advantage.
