Description:

Theodore Roosevelt suggests that Warren Julius Shepherd, former Rough Rider, get his congressman to visit the Pension Bureau, as Roosevelt has no influence with President Woodrow Wilson's administration. Roosevelt encourages Shepherd to show Roosevelt's letter to his congressman.
