Description:

President Roosevelt thanks Professor Cash for his letter. Roosevelt kept quiet as long as he could, but then made up his mind. Since he could no longer speak for the government, he would speak as he believes a great portion of Americans feel. Roosevelt wishes his writing would have more results.
