George O'Reilly, Superintendent of Schools in Manila, Phillipines, discusses complaints made against the schools and students from leadership in the Catholic Church. O'Reilly states the complaints were unfounded and the complaint made was due to worries over the "indiscriminate mingling of the sexes" in schools that Filipinos traditionally were not accustomed to.
