Letter from Secretary of Theodore Roosevelt to S. M. Diehl
Theodore Roosevelt's secretary thanks S. M. Diehl for his letter and sends Roosevelt's regrets about being unable to personally reply to more of the correspondence he receives. Roosevelt is "almost overwhelmed" with work and therefore cannot write a letter giving his opinion on the subject Diehl discussed.
