Quentin Roosevelt was the youngest son of Theodore and Edith. His premature death as a pilot in World War I left many of his personal items at Sagamore Hill, the family's home on Long Island. These items tell the story of a vibrant young man growing up and going to war to "practice what his father preached," as Quentin himself put it. Items from the Quentin Roosevelt collection and more can be viewed in the Sagamore Hill collection of the Theodore Roosevelt Digital Library.
